This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that Best Results Organizing collects, and the ways in which Best Results Organizing collects, processes, and protects that personal information while (and if applicable, after) you browse or use this website, including your rights under current laws and regulations.
Processing of Your Personal Data

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Best Results Organizing will generally only collect your name and email address:
- when you sign up for a newsletter, email course, webinar, or giveaway, or request to receive future blog posts via email;
- when you purchase an ebook, course, or service;
- when you post a comment on the Paper Doll blog;
- or when you use the Contact page to send a message to Best Results Organizing.
Additionally:
If you post a comment, in addition to the data shown in the comments form (your name, email address, and comment content,) the WordPress platform also collects your IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection.
If you purchase an ebook from Best Results Organizing, PayPal (via Payloadz) provides Best Results Organizing your name and email address, but we do not add these to any email lists. Best Results Organizing only uses this information to communicate with you if, and only if, you contact Best Results Organizing directly about a problem downloading a book or a related inquiry, and request a response. Your email address will then be stored privately on our secure server until you request that we remove it or until Best Results Organizing ceases to exist.
Neither Payloadz nor Paypal ever provide your personal information to Best Results Organizing.
Using personal information
Best Results Organizing may use your personal information to:
- Send you electronic products that you purchase;
- Supply you with services that you purchase;
- Send you statements and invoices;
- Collect payments from you; and
- Send you marketing communications.
Best Results Organizing will never disclose your personal information or email address to any agents or sub-contractors. Your email address is completely confidential. Best Results Organizing understands that and will always honor your privacy in this manner.
Comments
If you leave a comment on the Paper Doll blog at JulieBestry.com, the WordPress platform will request your name and email address. Whatever name you provide and whatever comments you write will be visible to anyone viewing that post; your email address will not be visible, nor will it ever be shared.
Contact forms
Our website uses Contact Form 7, a standard WordPress plug-in, to process any direct requests from you to us. This plugin does not store any of the sent messages on our web server or in a database. Messages are instead sent directly to our email inbox, currently managed by Hostgator.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment and so that you can be informed of follow-up comments, if you so choose. These cookies will last for one year.

Direct Incoming Communications

Under the requirements of the GDPR, we use the “consent: lawful” basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter, which may contain marketing messages. We collect only limited contact data about you, as detailed in “Processing of Your Personal Data,” above.
Any email marketing messages we send are delivered via an email marketing service provider. Currently, that is Aweber, and you may read Aweber’s Privacy Policy. Aweber collects your name, email address, IP address, and the date and time at which you subscribed to a newsletter or online course. AWeber is self-certified with both the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, and complies with lawful transfers of EU/EEA personal data to the United States in accordance with their Privacy Shield Certification.

Analytics
Best Results Organizing uses Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights. This analytics package provides generalized information regarding the nations from which website visitors are browsing, the devices visitors are using, how long visitors stay on any particular page, and the referring website pages. However, this data is sent in an anonymous form and no personal identifying information regarding individual users is ever contained in the data sent to Google Analytics.
Really Simple SSL
Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL add-ons do not process any personal identifiable information, so the GDPR does not apply to these plugins or usage of these plugins on your website. You can find our privacy policy here.
Who We Share Your Data With
Best Results Organizing does not currently share your personally identifying information with any third parties, and will never do so without your permission. The data we collect via this website is currently only accessed and used by the owner of this website, Julie Bestry.
If, for example, in the future, a third party were to offer a giveaway via a partnership with our Paper Doll blog, you would be contacted to authorize the release of your information to that third party to arrange receipt of your prize, and that provision would have been listed as an eligibility requirement of the giveaway.
Where We Send Your Data
Visitor comments are checked through an automated spam detection service called Akismet, operated by Automattic.
How We Protect Your Data
Best Results Organizing has very limited interaction with any of your personal data, generally limited to whatever name and email address you provide in order to receive information/replies you request from us or to verify that you are not sending comment spam. No other information is collected by Best Results Organizing, and what we do receive is maintained on secure servers.
We protect your information through encrypting sensitive data and limiting access solely to the owner. In the future, if any access is granted to employees, we will protect your data by requiring employees with access to personal data to comply with our privacy policy. Any employee who violates or abuses our privacy practices would be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment, and may be subject to legal proceedings.
Payments made through our website are made in a secure, encrypted environment, currently via Payloadz and Paypal. These parties protect your credit card information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure by encrypting the data which you provide with current encryption tools, including HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols.
Specifically, data collected is protected in a number of ways:
- Access control: The data is only accessed by one person, the owner of this website: Julie Bestry
- Dedicated security software: We operate dedicated security scanning and access control software on this website. This software limits login attempts to our site, blocks potentially malicious attempts to access our services, and regularly performs full-file system scans.
- Data encryption: This website is secured with SSL encryption, which means that all traffic to and from our servers is encrypted. This also applies to our own administrative access to the website.
- Selection of third party service providers: Best Results Organizing use a minimal number of third-party service providers essential for the provision of physical hosting environments and email list services. One of the core factors in our selection of such providers is their ability to provide secure systems and processes.
What Data Breach Procedures We Have In Place
As this website is solely run by Julie Bestry, there are no internal reports about a potential data breach. Our systems regularly scan for security breaches via dedicated security software and notify the owner of any malicious or unauthorized attempts at access. In the unlikely event of any data breach being detected, we have security protocols in place to halt outside access immediately.
What Third Parties We Receive Data From
As noted elsewhere in this policy, if you purchase a product or service from Best Results Organizing, you will be directed to Payloadz and Paypal links to process the purchase. While Best Results Organizing does not share any of your information with those sites, by making your purchase(s), you will be sharing your financial and contact information directly with them, but they will share solely your contact information (name and email address) with us.
We receive data about email list subscribers from Aweber, which hosts and processes our email lists. Such data might include which emails a subscribed email address has opened or how long they have been subscribed to that email list.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment on the Paper Doll blog, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any of your follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you send a message via the contact form on the Contact Page, then that message is retained indefinitely (to assist you with any potential requested follow-up inquiries), unless you request that the information be deleted.
If you subscribe to one of our email lists then your email address and associated data will be retained until you cancel your subscription to that list (either by using the unsubscribe link at the end of each email sent or by emailing or mailing us and requesting us to delete your email address from that email list).
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have left comments or made a purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Controlling Your Information
Once you are added to Best Results Organizing’a email list, you will receive a confirmation email. This is known as a double opt-in system. Once you agree, Best Results Organizing may send you promotional information about its products or services.
